As the co-owner of both companies, Diana has been doing the accounting and bookkeeping for Empire PM and Waggoner Construction, LLC since they started. Her previous work experience includes bookkeeping for Timberline Property Investments, LLC.

She attended the University of Oregon and Lane Community College with an emphasis on business management and has taken various classes from the Rental Owners Association of Lane County. She is on the board of Mid Lane Cares and the coordinator for the Fern Ridge Gleaners as well as a volunteer for the program Operation Special Delivery.

She is responsible for constructing contracts for the tenants and owners, screening potential tenants, and paying the bills and property owners. Diana enjoys going for walks with her family, spending time at the coast, running, and painting.

She is currently working towards certification as a birth doula and childbirth educator with Birth Arts International. In what time can be spared from the care of her family,  she maintains a blog recounting their daily exploits.
