Thanksgiving is just around the corner. It is that time of year to break out the turkey and fill your homes with the smell of the holidays. But it is also that time of year where the market slows down. The fast screening months are officially over and tenants are scarce. Landlords are beginning to get impatient with the lack of tenants applying as their rental sit vacant throughout the fall months.
Empire Property Management continues to do excellant work in placing tenants in the homes of our landlords. The market may be slowing down, but there are still tenants out there that are in search of a place to call home.
Here at Empire, we value the trust of our landlords and greatly appreciate your patience.
Happy Thanksgiving: From the Empire Team!
Happy Landlording!
