LOG IN INSTRUCTIONS

  • Your tenants have paid their rent and your statement is ready.
  • Empire has made a direct deposit, and the rent is traveling at the speed of light to your bank account, or we have issued your check and it will be arriving usually between 3-5 days by mail.
  • To view your statement login to your account. After you have logged in, under the Rental Owner tab click on Rental Owner Ledger, and right side of the page you will be able to download or view your statement.
  • To see a copy of any bills that have been paid on your behalf look under the Accounting tab, then click on Bills.
  • If you have any problems logging in to your account please email a request for a password reset.
