In the many years Empire has spent managing properties, we have evicted exactly one tenant that we installed in the home. We are so certain of our screening, we guarantee up to $1,000 of eviction costs for Empire Tenants.

Responsible tenants are responsible pet owners. We are so confident in our screening, we guarantee pet damages up to $1,000.

If our clients are not collecting rent, we should not be collecting management fees. That seems self-evident, but many management companies collect even when the property is vacant. 

We guarantee never to collect a management fee while your property is vacant. 

At Empire, we believe in earning your business every day and hope that you stay with us because we are serving your best interests and not stuck in a contract. All of our contracts are month-to-month. 

We guarantee that we will not charge you to terminate that contract. 

Vacancies are a part of property management. At Empire, we do not think that you should pay extra for us to do our duty to serve you. 

We guarantee we will not charge you additional fees to either renew an existing lease or to fill an empty property.  

Like most property management companies, we have many contacts and phone numbers. Unlike a lot of management companies, once you're a client, we will not make you climb through the phone tree. This falls in line with our management mission to serve each of our customers like they are the only one.
